Hey there! I'm Jason Buchel, your guide to trusting yourself fully and asking what you need, anxiety-free. 

Picture this: Not too long ago, I was the poster child for OCD and anxiety. My mind was a 24/7 carnival of "what-ifs" and worst-case scenarios. Trust myself? Ha! I trusted Google more than my own instincts. 😅

But then, I had my "holy sh*t" moment. I realized that lack of self-trust wasn't just a symptom of my anxiety - it was the root cause. Mind. Blown. 🤯

Once I cracked that code, everything changed. I developed the UNSHAKABLE method, and suddenly, life went from constant second-guessing to "watch me nail this." My anxiety? Gone.

An expert on the mind-body connection, I received my Bachelor's in Philosophy, Neuroscience, and Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis,  a Master's in Biotechnology from Columbia, and an MBA from Stanford.
